Safeguarding
Client wellbeing and safety are central to the services provided by NeuroNutrition.
While confidentiality is respected wherever possible, there may be circumstances where concerns relating to serious harm, abuse, neglect, exploitation, or significant risk require appropriate safeguarding action.
Where possible, clients will be informed before information is shared, unless doing so would increase risk to themselves or others.
