Refunds and cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum notice period as specified during booking. Sessions cancelled outside of this notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds are generally not available for completed appointments, downloaded digital resources, recorded webinars, or other digital products once access has been granted.
Where refunds are appropriate, they will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
